Polycondensation du dianhydride de l'acide diéthylène triamine pentaacétique avec une bis-hydroxylamine. Evaluation des propriétés complexantes vis-à-vis des ions métalliques Cu2+ et Fe3+
Résumé
The polycondensation of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) dianhydride with N,N'-pentamethylenebis(hydroxylamine) (I) was investigated in order to obtain a new complexing agent having hydroxamic acid functions in the main chain whose complexing properties towards Fe3+ should be better than their monomol. homologs such as EDTA, DTPA, etc. The synthesis of I has been studied by two different approaches related to protective groups. Chelating properties towards the metallic cations Cu2+ and Fe3+ of the polycondensate have also been studied. All the complexes are water sol. Visible and UV spectrophotometry show the formation of different complexes according to pH.
