              <p>La spectroscopie de diffusion par résonance magnétique nucléaire (RMN) est une technique couramment employée dans les domaines de la chimie et du biomédical, notamment pour des caractérisations in vitro. Malheureusement, les spectromètres RMN ne sont pas adaptés pour mener des études in vivo. À l'inverse, les imageurs par résonance magnétique (IRM), avec leur large tunnel et leur capacité à localiser le signal, sont très employés dans le cadre d'études pré-clinique et clinique. Toutefois, il n'existe actuellement pas de séquence dédiée pour réaliser de la spectroscopie localisée de diffusion sur les imageurs. Cet outil ouvrirait pourtant de nouvelles perspectives pour mesurer le coefficient de diffusion de signaux autres que celui de l'eau (molécules endogènes, médicaments, etc…), tout particulièrement lors du suivi de thérapies in vivo chez le petit animal.</p>
